"It's everything you'd want in a B&B. Quiet location, scenic view of Lake Winnisquam, charming owners, great food, comfortable furnishings, super clean, close (but not too close) to lots of shopping, nature and restaurants. We visited in Feb and got the snow we were looking for. Can't wait to visit in the summer to swim in the beautiful mountain lake. We highly recommend this B&B! "

This gracious Country Victorian was built in the early 1800's by the Pillsbury family as a 'summer retreat' on Lake Winnisquam. The outstanding location commands a panoramic view of lake and mountains. Enjoy romantic moments in the gazebo or hammock or join other guests for conversation on our 60 ft verandah. The 7 guest rooms with private baths are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques. You will be treated to a memorable country breakfast each morning.
