"MY HUSBAND AND I WANTED TO GET AWAY FOR HIS 62ND BIRTHDAY - AWAY FROM YARD WORK, TELEPHONES AND ALL THE RESPONSIBLITIES LIFE THROWS OUR WAY. WE DEFINANTY FOUND IT AT THE SONGBIRD PRAIRIE B&B. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE INN WAS WONDERFUL AND THE FOOD WAS GREAT. THE INNKEEPERS FELT LIKE FRIENDS WHEN WE LEFT AND WE ARE GOING BACK AS SOON AS TIME ALLOWS - THANK YOUR BARBARA AND EFRAIN! WHAT A GREAT ESCAPE, BUT CLOSE TO HOME. "

Songbird Prairie is located on 6 wooded acres in the Great Lakes Region, close to Chicago and the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore. We offer songbird theme guest rooms with classic Ethan Allen furnishings, private baths with a soothing Jacuzzi for two and warming Fireplaces.
